Can you use lobster bisque as the sauce for lobster ravioli?

Making dinner for my girlfriend's birthday tonight and she's a lobster lover. I bought a vodka sauce and alfredo sauce just in case, but wondering if I can just use a lobster bisque as the sauce for the ravioli instead.
