I can't get the smell out of my car?

Somehow when my kids were bringing in the groceries they did not find 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk and I never new it was left behind. We live in alaska so it curdled and then leaked when it got warmer. and now my 2007 car smells like curdled milk. I have cleaned it up and luckily it was plastic where it all happened and as far as I can see it did not get soaked into any carpet or anything but, yet the smell remains..have I ruined a new car or what an I do to get the smell out?
