Had a dream about grandad and baby, what could it mean?

i have had an abortion in the past 2 years ago, last week my grandad died and me and my family were there and seen him die. last night i had a dream my grandad was at my work (in a spa) and he was in it and was holdin a baby, but then i can remember he was under the floor boards and all you could see was his head and he asked me to get him out fro under them, but i was still holding my baby. work also rang me today to ask me something. anyone know what this could mean?
