Do you think the tea party is more like a nazi/socialist group...which would in essence make it no more tha?

I think we can all agree that the tea party has its own best interests in mind when promoting its agenda, which is not to say that it isn't looking out for the interests of others [but that is a whole different story]. In any case, it has become all too apparent to me that everything the party does is to downplay liberal ideas for the sake of doing that alone, which is ironically the basis of any stronghold conservative group. It would not matter, for instance if liberals were clearly doing a good job and the economy was improving and so on...the party would still find some way to criticize, or at the very least negate what had taken place under liberal rule. It just might not seem that way now since we have a liberal in office and also are in the midst of a bad economy which has made for an easy target in this case, but if you can think back to any time when there was a liberal in office and the economy was doing good, you begin to realize just how intent conservatives are on silencing those to the left. It just really isn't fair in my opinion for things to be taken to these extremes, which is really nothing short of the nazi propaganda of stretching the truth, even lying to promote their beliefs without regard to who is hurt/affected by it. Unfortunately I doubt that there is much if anything that can be done on the left, lest they bring more bogus accusations upon themselves, especially after last night. Guess that's america for you.
