Why do blacks get free education?

And just for the color of their skin? I can't afford college and I am Chiricahua, but am not living, nor registered with a tribe so that is of course a moot point. I am indistinguishable from anyone else who is considered 'American Indian' but since my family ancestors didn't cower down and get driven into a reservation I can't go to college. Blacks don't have to prove which damn ship they came on or which tribe they were in before being driven to America, so why should I have to prove my ancestry? You can't even tell I have a drop of white blood in me. If you have two eyes you can see have 'more' native in me than white. I think this whole system is racist and corrupt. My 'blood quantum'? I am not getting some damn DNA test done to prove who I am, screw that, blacks don't have to get it, hispanics don't, asians don't, but I do? I am probably like 95/100th if you wanna go that route, but it doesn't matter because I don't even believe that system is scientifically accurate or plausible. My point is why is my race the only race that is required to have so much damn proof and paper work just to prove what I am so I can have the same aid that other races have? And on that vein why not just eliminate aid based on race period? Whites don't get aid for their race. This whole thing is a joke.
