Does anyone know if there is a easy way to shrink you ?

im 13 and wear 34C bra. I HATE ME S SOOOO MUCH!!!! I NEED to shrink them. is their an easy way to make them shirk besides plastic surgery and rapping them with duck tape???? IM DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!
