Should I tell or not?

Well, me and my friend are doing a project...we have to have a board with decorative stuff on it....my friend didnt do a single thing on the project, and its due tomorrow, Also, for this project, we have to think of a song to go witht the subject for the project....I thought of that too....I want to to give my friend the board, but she sucks at doing teh artsy and creative things....Also, i bet she wouldn't make it that well....Plus, for the items needed for the project....i bought the board...When i told my friend to buy alot of copy paper and some glue sticks....she brought 6 pieces of copy paper, and 1 freakin glue stick....So, what should I do....plus i am not a tattle-tale...
