What kind of alternator would I need to put in my car and or cap?

I Have a AW1508T Audiobahn w/ a BXi2006D. Also a Opti5.1 w/ PCA 2.360 Soundstream and Infinity Kappa 682.7cf w/ PCA 2.200. I've also been told that I would need a 10 Farad Cap for the Sub is this true? Headunit DEH-P8MP
