Can you knead dough in a food processor?

Hi I heart beets, Yes you can but not with the blade use the paddle attachment. However you will get a better mix and 'feel' to the bread if you do it by hand . by the time you get the mixer out do your mix and wash all the gear up, you could have done it by hand so you would not really save any time your way.
