How do i delete u torrent?

okay so i downloaded u torrent and it just took over my computer and almost everything but the internet doesnt work. if i wanna go to itunes or limewire or Word or anything it wont work. For instice i click itunes (the shortcut on my desktop) and it says "Unable to load "itunes.exe":invalid torrent file" and i mena i didnt even do anything to my computer i downloaded it and tryed to download something and it jus instintaly jus took over everything and eveything but the internet icon has the utorrent logo for it. Like my itunes shortcut icon has a utorrent logo. help!?
