Is this good pregnancy prevention?

ok, durex extra sensitive condoms with spermicide lubricant on them already and the with drawl method?? i cant go on birth control because of other medicines im on and the history of cancer in my family.. i just wanna see if you think this is highly effective... :) thanks. also, if me and my bf don't use condoms and just do withdrawal, how effective is that??
