What should I do to keep myself comfortable at night?
I'm a teen, 14 years old to be exact. I wanna be thin but not super thin, I'm super lazy (yay! I finally admitted it after 12 years of denying it) and I hate working out cause of the sweat and time (even if I do have all the time in the world, I still don't want to) So, I just ate less since my mom told me that eat more but just smaller portions (diet fad, eat more yadda yadda) Anyway, I started eating less and I'm down to like one gl of water a day, at lunch even when I'm awake by 8am and a crab stick, yes..one measly crab stick. I guess it's because my mom hasn't gone grocery shopping yet, but when she buys food everyone (I have 3 siblings .....a brother who will eat anything!! and mom and dad of course) Like when I get to the fridge, it's empty again!! I have my own food like canned tuna and other canned foods (it's kinda like food territory) but I'm so sick of it. To be honest I'm not used to water, I grew up drinking nothing but iced tea! And it's working for me. but we're out.
